Account & Registration

Click the Register button on any page. Fill in your personal details (name, date of birth, city), set up your account credentials (mobile number, email, username, password), then confirm you're 18+ and agree to our Terms. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account, and you're ready to deposit in PKR and start playing blackjack.

You must be 18 years old or older to register and play at Blackjack Khelo. This is strictly enforced. Age is verified during the KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed. If we have reason to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately. Blackjack Khelo is an adults-only platform — no exceptions.

No. Each person is allowed one Blackjack Khelo account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is against our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be forfeited. If you've accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to resolve it before it causes a problem.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You need to submit: (1) a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back), passport, or driving licence, and (2) proof of your payment method — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered name and number. Both documents must match the name on your Blackjack Khelo account. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.

To close your account permanently, email support@blackjack-khelo.com with the subject "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Include your username and reason. Any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Alternatively, if you want to stop playing temporarily, consider using the self-exclusion tool from Account Settings instead — it's reversible after your chosen period.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Personal Details to update your registered email or mobile number. For security reasons, changes to contact details trigger a verification step — you'll receive a confirmation OTP to your existing registered number or email before the change is applied. If you've lost access to both your registered email and mobile number, contact support at support@blackjack-khelo.com with identity proof to update them manually.

You can log in using your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number instead of your username — both work as login identifiers. To find your username, log in via email, then check Account Settings → Profile. Your username is displayed there. If you cannot access your account at all, contact support with your registered email and CNIC number and we'll verify your identity and help you recover access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in and go to Wallet → Deposit. Choose your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 200), follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment, and your balance is credited almost instantly for mobile wallet payments. IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit at Blackjack Khelo is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by us — however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transaction limits. Blackjack Khelo does not charge any deposit fees. Any transaction charges are applied by your payment provider, not by us.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed in under 10 minutes once approved. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. Bank IBFT transfers usually arrive the same business day but can take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification — once verified, subsequent withdrawals are much faster.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum per transaction from our side, though your mobile wallet or bank may have limits on incoming transfers. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal fees from Blackjack Khelo: none. Your wallet or bank may charge a transfer fee on their end.

First, wait 10–15 minutes — some bank and IBFT transfers take time to process. Then check your transaction history in Wallet → Transactions to see if the deposit shows as "pending." If it's been more than 30 minutes and nothing has appeared, email support@blackjack-khelo.com with your transaction reference number (from JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank), the amount, and the time of the transfer. We'll trace it and credit your account manually if needed.

No. Blackjack Khelo is a PKR-only platform. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and game bets are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. This means no currency conversion, no exchange rate risk, and no hidden forex fees. All payment methods we support are Pakistani-based — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, Pakistani bank accounts, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Go to Wallet → Deposit → Bank Transfer (IBFT). The page will display our receiving bank account details — bank name, account title, and IBAN. Transfer the PKR amount from your own bank account (online banking or mobile app). In the transfer remarks/reference field, enter your Blackjack Khelo username so we can match the payment to your account. Once the transfer confirms on our end, your balance will be credited. Include your transaction reference in the deposit form before submitting.

Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: (1) KYC verification is incomplete — submit your CNIC and payment proof to unlock withdrawals. (2) Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met — you must play through your bonus before withdrawing bonus funds. (3) The withdrawal account name does not match your registered Blackjack Khelo name. (4) The amount is below the minimum Rs 500 threshold. If none of these apply, contact support with your withdrawal request ID and we'll investigate.

Blackjack & Games

In blackjack, the goal is to get a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer without going over (busting). Cards 2–10 are worth their face value; Jacks, Queens, and Kings are worth 10; Aces are worth 1 or 11. You and the dealer each receive two cards. You then choose to: Hit (take another card), Stand (keep your hand), Double Down (double your bet and take exactly one more card), or Split (if you have two cards of the same value, split them into two separate hands). A natural blackjack (Ace + 10-value card) pays 3:2. The dealer must hit on 16 and stand on 17. House edge with basic strategy is approximately 0.5%.

Live dealer blackjack uses a real physical table, real playing cards, and a professional dealer — all filmed in HD and streamed directly to your device in real time. You play via a browser interface but the cards are dealt by a real person, not an algorithm. The results are determined by the physical cards, not an RNG. This gives the closest experience to playing at a physical casino. Minimum bets on live tables vary — typically from Rs 500 per hand upward.

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game with simple rules. The dealer places one card face-up in the centre — this is the Joker card. Cards are then dealt alternately to two piles: Andar (inside/left) and Bahar (outside/right). You bet on which pile will receive a card matching the Joker's value first. If the Joker itself is a Spade (black suit), the dealing starts from Andar; otherwise it starts from Bahar. The game typically pays 0.9:1 on a winning Andar bet and 1:1 on Bahar. Available in both RNG and live dealer versions on Blackjack Khelo.

Baccarat is a card game where you bet on one of three outcomes: Player wins, Banker wins, or Tie. You don't play the cards yourself — you just bet on which side will get a point total closer to 9. Cards 2–9 are worth their number; Aces are 1; 10s and face cards are 0. Unlike blackjack, there are no decisions to make after placing your bet — the drawing rules are fixed. A wagering requirement (also called rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw it. Yes. Your account has two separate balances: your real-money PKR balance (fully withdrawable at any time) and your bonus balance (subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal). Yes. You can build accumulator bets (also called multi-bets or parlays) by adding multiple selections to your bet slip and choosing "Accumulator" as the bet type. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out, but the combined odds make the potential return much higher than individual bets. Minimum 2 selections required for an accumulator. Maximum number of selections and stake limits are displayed in the bet slip when you're building your bet.
