Terms & Conditions of Blackjack Khelo — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Blackjack Khelo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Blackjack Khelo website, mobile application, or any related service — including all casino games such as blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, poker, live cricket betting, PSL betting, and esports wagering — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or continue using the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use Blackjack Khelo you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. We operate strictly as an 18+ platform with no exceptions.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not as an agent or proxy for another person.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani contact number or email address.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of this platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of Blackjack Khelo.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Blackjack Khelo account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended, combined, or permanently closed, and any balance held may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Blackjack Khelo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@blackjack-khelo.com.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID — CNIC, passport, or driving licence
• Proof of current address — a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or photo of your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, or bank account matching the details used for deposits

KYC verification typically completes within 24 hours of submitting complete documentation. Until verification is approved, withdrawals will remain in a pending state but your balance is fully protected.

All deposits and account balances at Blackjack Khelo are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard accounts; higher transaction limits apply to VIP accounts.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — instant credit to your account balance
• JazzCash — instant credit to your account balance
• NayaPay — typically instant, subject to bank processing times
• SadaPay — typically instant
• Bank transfer (IBFT) — credit within 1–3 business hours during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — subject to card issuer approval

Blackjack Khelo does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply transaction fees independently — check with your payment provider if you are uncertain.

Blackjack Khelo processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts.

Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Under 10 minutes in the majority of cases; maximum 2 hours
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 30 minutes; maximum 4 hours
• Bank IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 5 PM PKT; next business day otherwise
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Blackjack Khelo does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control. KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is released. Accounts with pending documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is finalised.

Blackjack Khelo offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, stated clearly at the time of the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real money is wagered first; bonus funds are wagered second.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Blackjack and video poker games contribute 20% toward bonus wagering requirements. All other casino games contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• Sports betting and esports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100% toward sports bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active will result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Blackjack Khelo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time, with or without notice, if fraud or abuse is suspected.

All casino games offered on the Blackjack Khelo platform — including blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, poker, roulette, slots, and live dealer variants — use independently certified game engines. RNG (random number generator) games are regularly audited to confirm statistical fairness. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios using physical cards and equipment.

By playing blackjack or any other casino game on the platform, you accept the following rules:

• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and the result is displayed. No claims can be made against a valid, settled result.
• In the event of a verified technical fault that interrupts a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. This is at the sole discretion of Blackjack Khelo's technical team after investigation.
• Specific game rules — including blackjack deck count, soft 17 rules, surrender availability, and split/double options — are displayed within each game interface before you begin playing. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules.
• Using any third-party software, bots, scripts, or mechanical devices to assist play in any game — including blackjack card counting software — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed in the game interface and may not be circumvented by spreading bets across multiple accounts.

Sports betting and esports betting on Blackjack Khelo — including PSL betting, international cricket, PUBG Mobile, Valorant, CS2, and other titles — are subject to the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules stated within the betting interface:

• All bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate; you are responsible for confirming the final odds before submitting your bet slip.
• Bets on a match cancelled before it begins are voided and stakes returned. Bets on postponed events stand if the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours; otherwise they are voided.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a 5–10 second delay period during critical match events. A bet submitted and accepted during this window stands at the confirmed odds.
• Blackjack Khelo reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error. Where odds are voided, the stake is returned in full.
• Maximum payout per bet slip is Rs 2,000,000 unless otherwise agreed with a VIP account manager.

Blackjack Khelo is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help every player stay in control of their betting activity. These tools are available to all accounts free of charge and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Loss limits — restrict how much you can lose in a defined period
• Session time limits — receive automatic reminders or forced logouts after a set duration
• Reality checks — regular pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net position
• Self-exclusion — immediately suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to permanent closure

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Once activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period, regardless of any subsequent request to the contrary. Blackjack Khelo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or unauthorised use of a payment method
• Collusion with other players or manipulation of game outcomes
• Abuse of bonuses or promotion offers
• Use of prohibited software or bots on any game including blackjack or esports betting tools
• Any behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward Blackjack Khelo staff

If an account is suspended under these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Where a suspension is found to be in error, the balance will be restored and the account reinstated promptly.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@blackjack-khelo.com. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after confirmation of identity.

Blackjack Khelo collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing PKR transactions, meeting legal obligations, and communicating with you about platform features and promotions where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.

All content on the Blackjack Khelo platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and blackjack or casino game design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Blackjack Khelo or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without express written permission from Blackjack Khelo.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not grant ownership of any content and terminates automatically upon closure of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blackjack Khelo's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Blackjack Khelo is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings from any game including blackjack, poker, or betting markets
• Interruption of service caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party technical outages beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Tax liabilities arising from winnings in your jurisdiction

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Blackjack Khelo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will notify you via email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments may be made without prior notice.

The latest version of these Terms is always available at blackjack-khelo.com/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Blackjack Khelo platform shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between you and Blackjack Khelo should first be submitted to our customer support team for internal resolution. We commit to responding to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution process outlined in our FAQ. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
